About working with NPS
What does Northwest Precision Studio do?
NPS offers two separate services. Project Production Support helps architecture firms update drawings, models, and project documents under the firm’s direction and an agreed contract; it is non-licensed support. Existing Conditions & Building Intelligence records agreed visible and accessible building conditions and organizes the information for your intended use. You can engage either service independently.
Who will I work with?
You will work directly with Aaron Ladd at Northwest Precision Studio LLC. The first conversation establishes what you need, who will use the information, and whether the studio is a good fit.
Where are you based, and where do you work?
The studio is based in Bremerton, Washington, serving the Pacific Northwest. On-site work depends on location, access, and scheduling. Remote production support can be discussed separately.
How do I start, and what should I send?

- Aaron reviews the request and discusses the intended use and missing information.
- Scope, outputs, fees and availability are agreed before work starts. Larger files can be shared through an agreed method after the first conversation.
